Production
Most Royaux works are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed, and the expected production time is stated on each product record. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Rates and destinations
Available destinations, shipping methods, and rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Works returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to resend.

International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Damaged or missing shipments
If a work arrives damaged, or tracking shows a package has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us at inquiries@royaux.club. See our Refund Policy for details.
