These terms govern your use of royaux.club and any acquisition made through it. The site is operated by Royaux Institution of Art ("Royaux," "we," "us"). By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. The site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or collect information about other users.
2. Works and availability
Royaux produces works in deliberate quantities. We may limit, pause, or discontinue any work at any time, limit quantities per customer, and refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed for resale. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
3. Made-to-order production
Many works are produced after purchase. Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.
4. Descriptions, color, and records
We aim to describe and photograph each work accurately, but colors and details may appear differently on individual screens. RX-Codes, edition information, and archive records are provided to document the institution's work; they do not in themselves constitute a certificate of authenticity unless expressly stated on a product record.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions, including after an order is placed; if a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, works, the Royaux name, crest, marks, RX-Codes, imagery, and text on this site are the property of Royaux Institution of Art and are protected by law. Acquiring a work gives you ownership of that physical object only. It does not grant any right to reproduce, copy, or commercially use its designs or marks.
7. Third-party services
The site relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, production, and shipping. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and works are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royaux will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Royaux against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
